This declaration is made by entering the beneficiary’s Aadhaar number and the OTP received on their registered mobile number on a monthly basis.

How To Submit Yuva Nidhi Monthly Self Declaration Form?

Please follow the below step by step process to submit your yuva nidhi monthly self declaration form.

STEP 1 : To submit the Yuva Nidhi Monthly Self Declaration Form, visit sevasindhuservices.karnataka.gov.in and Log in to the portal using your Seva Sindhu credentials, which include your mobile number and password or OTP.

STEP 2 : After logging in to the portal, navigate to the menu bar. Under the “Apply for Services” dropdown, select the “View All Available Services” option. In the search bar, type “Yuva Nidhi“.


STEP 3 : Now, among the displayed results, select the Yuva Nidhi Monthly Self Declaration Form. Enter your Aadhaar card number, then click anywhere on the screen. A pop-up window will open, simply click on the “Agree” button to receive the OTP on your registered mobile number.


STEP 4 : Enter the OTP received and click on the “Validate” button. Now, your name as per your Aadhaar card, your USN or Registration number, Yuva Nidhi Application Reference Number, and the current month will be automatically displayed.

      If your details are not displayed after entering aadhaar number it means that your application is not yet been approved.so many students are facing the same issue and there is no response from the government , we will update you once we recieve any further information.

    my application status is still shown as UNDER PROCESS.
    Please advise to proceed further.

    For filling up the monthly declaration the details are not shown after entering Adhaar and OTP.

    • Are you able to submit a monthly declaration? If yes, enter your Aadhaar number and OTP. The reference number will be fetched automatically.
