To qualify for the 2nd PUC Prize Money Scholarship, a student must satisfy the following requirements:

1. The applicant or student must be from the SC/ST category.
2. The applicant or student must have completed their 2nd PUC from any private or government institution within Karnataka.
3. The applicant or student must be a permanent resident of Karnataka.
4. The applicant or student must have passed all subjects on the first attempt in 2nd PUC exam.

Documents Required To Apply For 2nd PUC Prize Money Scholarship 2024

The following are the documents required to apply for 2nd PUC Prize Money Scholarship for the academic year 2023-24.

• Caste & Income Certificate of the student
• SSLC / 10th Markscard of the student
• 2nd PUC Markscard of the student
• Aadhaar Card of the student
• Bank Pass Book of the student (Bank account which is linked with the student aadhaar)
• One Passport Size Photo of the student

NOTE :

The Social Welfare or Tribal Welfare Department will not accept the 2nd PUC result sheet for the Prize Money Scholarship. If the original marks card has not yet been issued by your university, you may submit the 2nd PUC provisional marks card. Otherwise, you must submit attested copies of the original marks card.

How to apply for the 2nd PUC Prize Money Scholarship 2024

Follow these steps to apply for the Prize Money Scholarship online:

STEP 1 (Visit the Website): To apply for the 2nd PUC prize money, Go to the official website of the Social Welfare Department (for SC students) or the Tribal Welfare Department (for ST students) using the provided links below.

STEP 2 (Enter SSLC Details): Input your SSLC register number and SSLC passing year, then select your caste (SC/ST), enter your name as per your Aadhaar, and click ‘SUBMIT’ button.

STEP 3 (Aadhaar Authentication): A new window for Aadhaar authentication will open. Enter your name (as per Aadhaar), Aadhaar number, tick the declaration box, and submit the form.

STEP 4 (Fill Online Form): After Aadhaar authentication, the online application form for the 2nd PUC Prize Money Scholarship will appear. Complete all requested details, including:

Part 2: 2nd PUC College Details

Part 3: Bank Details

STEP 5 (Upload Documents): Upload your photo, caste certificate, and the 2nd PUC mark sheet. Ensure the photo and documents are less than 100KB. Tick the declaration box and click ‘SUBMIT’.

STEP 6 (Download Acknowledgment): After submission, an acknowledgment will appear for download or print. If it does not appear or is lost, you can reprint it using the application registration number received on your phone via the provided links below.

STEP 7 (Attestation): Print the acknowledgment and have it signed by your 2nd PUC college principal. Photocopy or Xerox all required documents and have them attested by your college faculty.

STEP 8 (Submit Documents): Submit the hard copies of all the documents to the District Social Welfare Office (for SC students) or the Tribal Welfare Office (for ST students) for verification.
