Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the Vidyadhan Scholarship Program 2024-25, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• The applicant’s family annual income should be less than ₹3,00,000.
• The student must have scored at least 70% or 7+ CGPA in the 12th Std / HSC / PUC / Intermediate examination (60% or 6+ CGPA for students with disabilities).
• The applicant should have secured admission in the year 2024 in a degree program.
• Priority will be given to students from the states of Delhi, Gujarat, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, and Telangana.

Vidyadhan Scholarship Amount

The Vidyadhan Scholarship offers a yearly amount ranging from ₹40,000 to ₹55,000, depending on the state, course, and duration of study. This amount is designed to help cover tuition and academic expenses and is directly transferred to the student’s bank account upon approval.

Documents Required

Applicants will need to upload scanned copies of the following documents:

• 12th Grade or PUC Marksheet
• Income Certificate
• Passport-sized Photograph
• First-Year Tuition Fee Receipt (Semester 1 or Semester 2)

How to Apply for the Vidyadhan Scholarship Program 2024-25

Eligible students can apply online for the Vidyadhan Scholarship by following these steps:

Step 1: To apply for the Vidyadhan Scholarship, first visit https://www.vidyadhan.org/register/student and register on the portal using your email ID and by creating a new password. (Application link is provided below)

Step 2: You will receive an account activation link at the email ID provided during the registration process. Click on the activation link received in the email to activate your Vidyadhan Scholarship account.

Step 3: Now, log in to the portal using the email ID and password created during the registration process on the Vidyadhan portal.

Step 4: Once logged in, click on the “Apply Now” button and complete the online application by providing your personal details, address, educational details, college fee payment details, etc.

Step 5: Accept the terms and click the “Submit” button.

Step 6: Upload scanned copies of all the required documents and submit the online application.

Selection Process

The selection for the Vidyadhan Scholarship is based on a thorough screening process:

1. Shortlisting: The Sarojini Damodaran Foundation (SDF) will shortlist candidates based on their academic performance and the information provided in their application forms.
2. Interview/Tests: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in an online interview or test to determine the final selection. This is scheduled from 2nd December to 10th December 2024, with the exact date and location to be communicated to each candidate via email.
